We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving payment. 

On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please get in touch via sales@downquilthouse.co.uk and we will track your order for you.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce48 delivery service and are not currently aware of any delays and you should expect to recover your order within 4 working days.

If you need your order urgently we will endeavour to post it as quickly as possible and if you would like an extra special message, gift card in your box or have any other enquiries then please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@downquilthouse.co.uk.

Pick up from the store is available at purchase confirmation point.

Pick up from the store of larger items such as mirrors, some lamps and non-stock bespoke items are also available.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased and in its original packaging.

All returns are payable by the customer.
