Delivery & Returns
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic we have reduced our dispatch days to twice a week, on Monday and Thursday.
This allows us to process your order safely without requiring staff to work in an office or distribution centre, ensuring that only one person working in isolation is required to pack and dispatch orders.
Orders placed Monday - Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday.
Orders placed Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
We apologise for the small delay this may result in you receiving your goods but hope you can appreciate that the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority in these challenging circumstances.
Down Quilt House offers FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £75.
On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please get in touch via email@example.com and we will track your order for you.
We use Royal Mail delivery service and are not currently aware of any delays and you should expect to recover your order within 4 working days.
Pick up from the store is available at purchase confirmation point.
Pick up from the store of larger items such as mirrors, some lamps and non-stock bespoke items are also available.

Recycling is so important to us that we encourage you to find a new life for your order box, and if you can't then please don’t just throw it away – recycle it! If you would like an extra special message in your box or have any other enquiries then please do not hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased and in its original packaging.
All returns are payable by the customer.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!
